1985 Ch. Beychevelle

Deep purple colour dry red wine. On nose it gives medium plus earthy, smoke, leather, black plum, violet, cedar wood. Some mineral characters are detected too. On palate, it gives medium acidity and medium alcohol. Medium body and ripe and soft tannin. Medium intensity of blackcurrant, black plum, smoke, and earth. Medium plus length with plumy and earthy finish. (92)
