2004 Ch. Branaire-Ducru

This is a deep ruby wine with blackcurrant, plum, vanilla and hint of licorice and mint on nose. On palate, it gives red plum, red cherry and blackcurrant with little spice and mint. The dry wine has medium body with medium acidity but a little bit harsh tannin. The finish lasts for a few seconds. (88) (Tasted on 12 October 2008, reposted)
