1999 Mouton is a soft dry wine. The nose remains strong with black 
fruits, oaky, cedar wood, truffle with hint of dark chocolate. It gives 
medium acidity and body. The texture is unbelievable soft and the tannin
 is good enough to support the structure without being harsh. The finish
 lingers for almost half minute. Maybe it is not a good vintage, the 
wine is not powerful but the complexity is still there. (91) (Tasted on
