This XO is a 100% Grande Champagne XO. It has medium mahogany colour
with quite pronounced aromas of raisin, apricot, caramel, jasmine and
touch of honey, hazelnut and citrus. With water it gives notes of floral
and rubber and the jasmine aromas is enhanced. Dry with integrated
alcohol. Medium bodied and medium flavour intensity. Raisin, jasmine,
honey, caramel with touch of nuttiness. Fairly long length with raisin
and caramel finish. (91) Quite complex and concentrated. Elegance and
fine but better complexity and flavour intensity will make it a
wonderful one.

有點複雜，均衡優雅，口感亦算豐富。不錯的XO。
