Deep
copper coloured cognac with quite pronounced and very aged aromas of
cheese, rancio, raisin, dried apricot, prune and lemon jam. Adding water
decrease its aromas intensity but gives floral notes. It is dry with
smooth alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium intensity flavours of
raisin, earth, prune, apricot and nut. Medium length with caramel and
prune finish (90). Show good rancio character but fading out. It should
be a rich spirit and should be very good if drank early, as evidenced by
its rather short length by this quality.

相對較濃厚的酒,酒底的陳年感很充足,酒精感醇和,可是酒味好像開始有點退卻,相信是在酒瓶內太久了,亦令酒的餘韻略短。
