2004 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Laurence, Domaine du Pegau

Deep ruby in colour with quite pronounced aromas of black plum, blueberries, licorice, earth, smoke and touch of heady alcohol. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol but full bodied. Quite high in tannin but still ripe and fine-grained. Medium flavour intensity. Blueberries, black plum, licorice, mint and dried herb. Barely longer than medium length with plumy finish. (91) Complex nose and palate but a bit heady on nose. Very enjoyable.

酒的表現頗吸引，但又不致於驚為天人。唯獨在聞時有一點酒精味出了來，在口中完全感到他的複雜性及質素。好飲。
