1990 Chateauneuf du Pape, Ch. de Beaucastel

This dry red wine has a deeper than medium ruby colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of earth, red cherry, licorice, smoke and leather, very clean and distinct. It has medium acidity and alcohol. Medium ripe and fine grained tannin and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is higher than medium with flavours of redcurrant, red plum, vanilla, trace of licorice, earth, tar, and mint. Fairly long length with red plum and spicy finish. (93) Good complexity and intensity. The flavours in palate is subtle but diverse. Impressive.

好酒一枝，在口中的複雜性十分吸引，酒香須則冇口感咁豐富但香氣清晰。餘韻亦長及帶有一點複雜性。慢慢嗒的好酒。
