1995 Chateauneuf du Papes, Ch. de Beaucastel

A deep ruby wine with medium redcurrant, cherry, earth, licorice, hints of leather and dried herb nose. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium intensity flavours of red cherry, plum, licorice, vanilla and earth. Tannin is silky at medium level. Medium length with red cherry finish. (89) Surprisingly simple and single dimension, and the mid-palate is a bit weak.

比較簡單的一枝，而且亦較單調，似一枝普通的CDP，尤其是在與其他年份一同比較時。但仍是一枝可以剩飲的酒，雖然用作佐餐可能較適合。
