2000 Dom Perignon

This is my third time to taste this. It has more full bodies and rounder this time. The wine still has a light lemon colour with complex nose of floral, citrus, yeast, biscuit. It is zesty and fresh on nose and has fine, presistent bubble on sight. On palate, it has medium body, medium to high acidity and gives smooth mouth feel and foaming-like bubble. The flavours of biscuit and crisp lemon juicy flow around with a long finish. (91)
