Krug Grande Cuvee Brut NV

This Champagne is much better than some of those vintage champagnes in market. It has pale lemon gold in colour with fine and presistent bubbles. The aromas are full of citrus, lemon, floral, green apply and pear with trace of yeast and toasted bread. On palate, the acidity is quite high and crisp but the texture is a bit creamy and soft. It has medium body and gives a feeling of off-dry, tho it is brut. The fruit and floral flavours carry along the sip with a medium length. Nice one. (91) (Tasted on 22 February 2009, reposted)
