出奇的可口,好飲。酒先來一下強烈撲鼻的複雜香氣,入口後清爽的酸度,酒香的強度仍不弱,雖然沒有酒香那麼強,酒味亦有一定複雜,配上頗長的餘韻,令人飲完想再飲的,好好味。

1970 Glenfarclas Single Cask Single Malt Whisky
This whisky has medium intensity mahogany colour. On nose it gives medium intensity raisin, apricot, dried plum, date and touch of smoke and hay. Water enhances its fruitiness. Dry with medium acidity, quite full bodied with higher than medium warming alcohol. Touch of wood tannin detected. The flavour are at over medium level with flavours of raisin, grain, caramel, honey, apricot and touch of malt. Fairly long length with honey raisin finish. (92)

A medium copper coloured cognac with medium intensity aromas of prune, jasmine, chalk, honey, raisin, mango and touch of vanilla. Water enhances its floralness and reduces the others. It is dry with medium acidity, medium well integrated alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of caramel, honey, raisin, dried peach and touch of chalk. Longer than medium length with dried fruit finish. (93)

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour, together with quite high intensity aromas of rose jam, strawberry jam, redberry, toast, mushroom mint leaves and vanilla. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with ripe and soft tannin. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of rose, redberry, plum jam, blackcurrant leave, mint, vanilla and touch of licorice. 啊婆酒的濃郁感不論任何年份都有返咁上下,果味是像果醬似的。複雜性及強度都很好,餘韻亦長,只是田土特性比較弱。酒好飲,但似乎是人工感重一點。

再一次話比你知2005年是一個好好年,酒的強度很好,餘韻亦長,口感豐厚,再配上酒味有一定的複雜性,好酒一枝。似乎酒仍可發展多幾年。現飲可,但會酸多了少少,過多兩年會更好。
