2011 Marc Hebrart Special Club Millesime Champagne Brut

Medium lemon green colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of lime, pear, green apple, chalk, very clean and fresh. Dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and body with creamy mousse. The flavours contain lime, green apple, chalk, yeast and touch of peach and honey type sweet note Fairly long length with citrus finish. (92)

果味感覺很好的香檳，有點生果盤的感覺，應該很受人喜愛的。酒香算強烈，餘韻亦頗長，好飲，只是酒味在口中的複雜性降了點，而酒的風格比較重果味，所以令人有直接易明感覺，你可以說是欠了點點層次，但都幾好味。
