1996 Montrachet, Bouchard Pere & Fils

This wine has a medium lemon in colour. On nose it gives close to pronounced intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, vanilla, musky, mineral, cream and touch of butter. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with fairly high flavour intensity. Lemon, honey, floral musky and vanilla on palate. Fairly long length with musky finish. (94)

酒香複雜，亦帶到酒味。酒力足。口感柔順，餘韻亦長。唯一我會彈的酒味在口中變化不大(這純粹是個人喜好)，酒是好好飲的。
