Don't ever challenge the winemaking technique of this chateau. The
colour of this wine is deep purple with tint of brick red. It has
blackcurrant and pronounced black fruit flavour with cedar wood and
pine. On palate, a little bit of herbeaceous and red cherry are tasted.
It has medium body and acidity. The structure of the wine is firm but
not harsh. The finish can still linger for a few seconds. It shows that
Delon family did give a great effort in making this one. (91) (Tasted on
