2002 Ch. Lafite Rothschild

A deep intensity purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with quite intense aromas of blackcurrant, plum, cherry, violet, pencil shaving, anise and trace of spice box and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium soft and fine grained tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, cedar, licorice, and touch of bell pepper. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94) Elegant balance on all aspects. Fruity on palate while spicy on nose. Delicious.

拉菲嘅魔力在於四平八穩,這酒也是一樣。更神奇的是酒的香氣以香料味為主調,但是酒在口中的時候,果味反而比香料味更出色,餘韻長、酒力強、複雜性高,係高質的,亦沒什麼可彈。

2013 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles, Domaine Leflaive

Medium lemon green coloured with pronounced noses of lemon, honey, resin, peach, white flower, sandalwood and touch of toasted almond, very complex. Dry with medium mouth-watering acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of lemon, honey, white flower, wet stone, steel and peach. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93) Good nose, rich and balance, long to go

香氣真係冇得頂,又強又複雜,淨係揸住個杯聞都已經很開心。酸度醒神而感覺柔和,口感豐富,餘韻長。酒在口中的複雜性減少了一些,但仍然有齊全的酒味感覺,現在看似乎還是早喝了一點,相信還可放多一段頗長的時間。

2011 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white Burgundy with pronounced level aromas of lemon, white flower, honey, peach, vanilla, amber and touch of butter, wet stone. Slightly over medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of lime, peach, grass, steel, vanilla, oak and mineral. Fairly long length with lemon and mineral finish (94)

很好喝的一支酒。強度充足、複雜性範圍廣泛。酸度柔順得來醒神,酒體豐富得來不會感覺膩,在口中的酒味亦有輕微轉變,餘韻很長,很好喝,亦會吸引人不停喝。

2005 Chateauneuf du Pape, Clos des Papes

This dry red wine has quite intense ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of red cherry, red plum, dates, toasted, licorice and touch of blood and smoke. The acidity is barely at medium level, medium alcohol and bodied, with medium soft tannin. The flavours intensity is quite intense with flavours of red cherry, dried herbs, licorice, and dried plum, Fairly long length with cherry finish. (93) Good red fruit and soft mouthfeel. I can feel the heat but the acidity needs to be higher.

有標誌性的教皇新堡風格的酒,複雜性及酒力也很不錯,單寧亦很柔順。酒在口中那種乾果感覺很好,在喝的過程亦感覺到其產地那種熱力。有可能也是這熱力吧,現在喝感覺到酒的酸度開始有點下降,有貨的,應該快快喝掉。

2005 Ch. Cantenac Brown

Deep intensity purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with medium noses of blackcurrant, violet, black plum, menthol and toasted oak and spices. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. On palate it gives over medium flavours of black plum, black cherry, toast, licorice. Long then medium length with black plum finish. (90) Straightforward, delicious, decent and round.

2005年的瑪歌區真的很不錯。足夠合理的強度及複雜性、口感順滑,單寧成熟,餘韻亦比想像中的長,是一支合格有餘的中上酒品,可以輕鬆品嚐,喝得很暢快的一款酒

2008 Louis Roederer Cristal

This champagne has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has pronounced noses of lemon candy, peach, red apple, limestone, very clean and precise. It is dry with medium soft acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it give over medium intensity flavours of lemon, limestone, pear, red apple juice and touch of chalky. Fairly long length with lemon juice finish. (95) Fresh, precise, clean and good range of flavours, but greener than last time I tasted.

保持着一貫的清爽,精準風格。酒的強度及複雜性也很好。條理分明、口感豐盈,酒在口中的表現比香氣更清爽,與上一次喝的感覺不同。上一次生果的感覺比較成熟,但這次的並不一樣,很有趣,一支仍在發展中香檳,很期待下一次再喝的感覺。

2012 La Chapelle de La Mission Haut Brion

A deep purple dry red wine with quite pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar, menthol and touch of clove and warm brick. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black plum, vanilla and warm earth. Longer than medium length with black plum finish. (89) Good nose but rather simple palate.

酒的香氣很好,不論在強度、複雜性、層次及風格也是。酒在口中表現減了分,酒力及餘韻仍是合格有餘的,口感亦算柔順,是一支很不錯的餐酒。這酒莊的正牌酒質素很高,但以這支副牌來說只是一支中規中矩的。

2019 Kumeu River Hunting Hill Chardonnay

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite intense aromas of toasty oak, almond, lemon, honey and touch of white flower. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, white flower and new oak. Medium length with lemony finish (89) Simple and straightforward. Some craftsmanship is shown.

以餐酒來說,這酒莊的酒真的很工整,不論是她的各種型號,這酒也是一樣。工整合理的複雜性,新世界酒的木桶應用,適當長度的餘韻,是一支簡單得來直接而好喝的餐酒。

2014 Chapelle Chambertin, Domaine Pierre Damoy

Quite deep ruby colour with pronounced nose of rose, wild strawberry, cedar, red cherry, wet earth and touch of toast. It is dry with medium mouthwatering acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, barely medium tannin which is soft but a bit green. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry juice, strawberry tea, herbaceous and trace of licorice. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) A bit weak on palate but elegant.

這酒莊的酒是屬於輕巧優雅的,稍有不慎會給人一個淡淡的感覺。這支酒的酒力很強,酒香的複雜度很高,餘韻亦長,是有一定質素的。酒味在口中感覺上約了點,如果佐餐的話很容易被食物的味道掩蓋,是慢慢喝的一支酒。

2016 Chambolle Musigny Domaine Philippe Pacalet

This dry red wine still has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of rose, strawberry, cinnnamon, clove and trace of wormwood, pretty spicy. The acidity is a bit over medium level and mouthwatering in nature. Medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry, tea leaf, licorice, much greener mouthfeel. The length is medium  with a red cherry finish. (90) Flavours turn green and gone fast.

這支酒的香料味道出奇的複雜,有點令到他不像這條村的作品,酸度仍算強,但酒的香氣和酒味強度也很強,但是酒味在口中的感覺,不像香氣那種濃烈成熟,反而轉為較清爽明澈,餘韻亦比想像中短,幾好喝。我感覺酒莊好像想做一款很濃烈的葡萄酒,在香氣是很成功的,但在酒味及口中轉化方便,似乎仍需要努力。
