2008 Louis Roederer Cristal

This champagne has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has pronounced noses of lemon candy, peach, red apple, limestone, very clean and precise. It is dry with medium soft acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it give over medium intensity flavours of lemon, limestone, pear, red apple juice and touch of chalky. Fairly long length with lemon juice finish. (95) Fresh, precise, clean and good range of flavours, but greener than last time I tasted.

保持着一貫的清爽，精準風格。酒的強度及複雜性也很好。條理分明、口感豐盈，酒在口中的表現比香氣更清爽，與上一次喝的感覺不同。上一次生果的感覺比較成熟，但這次的並不一樣，很有趣，一支仍在發展中香檳，很期待下一次再喝的感覺。

2009 Louis Roederer Cristal

This dry champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of lemon, floral, steel, mineral, apple and touch of peach. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red apple, honey, peach, steel and mineral. Fairly long lemony finish. (93) Ripe and rich fruit on palate.

CRISTAL近年的酒果味越來越趨向成熟果感似的，這酒亦不例外，攪到可以早喝一些，不知是不是一個好處。酒很可口，酸度比起已往的CRISTAL低了點，但亦醇了點。酒味的強度不及香氣，餘韻亦算長，不錯，亦很討好。

1996 Cristal Vinotheque Rose

This dry rose champagne has medium intensity lemon colour with ruby tinge. On nose it has pronounced aromas of strawberry, red apple, lemon, steel, rose pedal and garden like floral aromas. Medium acidity with touch of sharpness, medium bodied and alcohol and creamy mousse. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of strawberry, apple, steel, rose, raspberry with touch of chalk and coffee at the back. Fairly long length with apple finish. (96)

 同酒莊同水平的一同試，粉紅香檳給出了另一個風格。酒的強度及複雜性已經不用多說，酒的酸度足，而且有著這酒莊給我的印象那種尖削感。酒味因粉紅香檳關係多了紅果的特色，這特色在口中轉化多了一種微微的、像成熟紅酒的感覺，是另一種風味。很特別的品飲經驗。無得頂。

1996 Cristal Vinotheque

Medium lemon in colour with lemon attack and pronounced noses of honey, ripe apple, bread, mineral, steel and touch of caramel cream at the back. It is dry with over medium intensity but soft acidity, quite full bodied with medium alcohol and creamy mouthfeel. On palate, it gives quite intense flavours of honey, chalk, steel, red apple, mineral and trace of saline. Long length, very delicate and fine but concentrated in flavours. (96)

 優雅得來而有著強勁的酒味，直係一D都唔易㗎葉師傅。這酒的香氣由一倒酒已飄來，聞起來層次和強度鮮明，酒的酸度不太有著以前的尖削感，而是較柔順。酒味強、口感豐滿，很好喝。酒在口中仍有著其複雜性，餘韻長，一流的表現。是一枝難得的佳釀。

2006 Louis Roederer Cristal

Medium lemon green in colour. Medium noses of llime, green apple, steel, wet stone with trace of honey and pear. Quite acidic and dry, with medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy mouthfeel with slightly over medium flavours of lime, green apple, mineral, chalk and steel. Fairly long length with lime finish. (92) Good length and minerality.

這酒莊的酒好像越來越可以早些飲用似的，比起以前的年份，這酒十二年已經有這口感算快了。酒的礦物感很好，特別是在口中，餘韻亦不錯，好味，感覺仍清爽，只是複雜性不算太強，但也好飲的。

Medium lemon green colour with quite high light and refreshing noses of lemon, white flower, honey, chalk, steel and touch of yeast, it is dry with fairly high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mousse. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of lemon, chalk, wet stone and green apple. Longer than medium length with apple and lemon finish. (92) Bit lack of palate complexity

維持著清爽凡感的香檳。酒香出眾，強而複雜，泡沫亦綿綿的。 複雜性在口中不及酒香，餘韻亦算長，幾好飲。貫徹著中上水平的香檳，愛清爽口感的人會很喜歡的。

2007 Louis Roederer Cristal

A pale lemon green coloured dry champagne with pronounced aromas of green apple, bread, lemon, mineral and touch of Peking pear. It is dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, creamy mousse. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of green apple, lemon juice, pear, mineral and touch of bread. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (92) Crisp, sharp and fresh.

 一直覺得這品牌的風格是清爽、直接 、集中的，所以一點也沒有令我失望。酒的酸度亦是一貫的銳利，酒香強，香氣偏向清爽醒神的果味，只有一點點二次發酵的特色，餘韻算長，很不錯。如果要飲香檳做早餐的話，這酒是一個好選擇。

2000 Louis Roederer Cristal

Medium lemon colour with fine and long stream of bubbles. On nose, it has fairly high intensity noses of lemon, honey, ripe apple, bread and touch of tropical fruit. Dry with fairly high acidity. Medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied, creamy mousses. Higher than medium flavour and longer than medium length. Lemon candy, ripe apple and touch of yeast, hay and caramel. Citrus finish. (92)

以2000年香檳來說這個算不錯，發展亦開始進入成熟期，酒香及酒味力度也算強，複雜性亦有一定但稍稍不足，餘韻也算好，幾好味。

2004 Louis Roederer Cristal

A medium lemon green colour champagne with small bubble, creamy mousse and long persistence. It gives quite high aromas intensity and flavour intensity. Aromas contain lemon, green apple, yeasty and touch of floral notes. On palate, it is dry with medium body and alcohol. Quite acidity which gives a clean and sharp impression. Medium plus flavour intensity of green apple, grapefruit, lime and bread. Fairly long length with lime flavoured finish. (91) This one is too young to drink. Those who can wait for at least 5 more years will be rewarded.

就是這樣? 現在喝這酒實在太早了. 很多味道仍在轉變中. 亦可能此原因口味上仍單薄了些, 買了這酒的人5年後才試吧 (雖然可能仍早了)

Louis Roederer NV Brut

A medium lemon colour with tiny bubbles of long presistency. Quite pronounced developing aromas of citrus peel, floral, yeast, bready, toast, grapefruit, pear and ripe apple. Dry on palate with quite high in acidity, creamy mousse. It has medium body and medium alcohol. Flavours of citrus, toast, bread, pear, floral and biscuit with a medium citrus peel finish (90)
