Medium lemon coloured with very high intensity noses of lemon, white flower, honey, sweet vanilla, hazelnut and trace of chalk, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it have over medium intensity of white flower, lemon, vanilla and touch of steel. Longer than medium length with honey and lemon finish. (91)

是否還須要時間?或是我期望太高? 這酒的香氣很不錯的,強而有一定的複雜性,但酒入口之後酒味轉得單調了 ,像是一枝新酒似的,但酒的餘韻又說出它有一點質素,有點怪。整體也是好喝的,但硬是覺得應該好一些。

2010 Beaune Vigne de L'Enfant Jesus, Bouchard

A deep ruby wine with quite intense aromas of fresh red strawberry, red cherry, rose, pine wood, blackcurrant leaf and trace of blood and mint. This is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Dusty medium tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red cherry, wild strawberry, rose, vegetal and earth. Slightly longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (90)

一枝工整,中上水平的酒。酒香及酒味的強度中上,酒香複雜性強,口感適中,不算濃厚,四四正正的。酒味的複雜性不及酒香,但果感不錯,令人有滿口莓果的感覺。酒的結構平衡細緻,這亦是我喜歡10年多過09年的原因。

2008 Chateauneuf du Pape, Domaine du Pegau

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of red cherry, red plum, blood, mint and touch of dried herb, anise and rose. This dry red wine has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied and medium soft tannin. The flavour intensity is at over medium level with flavours of red cherry, plum, earth, leather, smoke and rose tea. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (91) Good palate.

酒的表現很不錯,是令人感覺到酒的出處,像教科書式的表現。酒香及酒味也強 ,單寧適中,感覺自然,好像沒有刻意作任何人為更改釀造似的。餘韻算長,可口,難得亦沒有太教皇新堡的一種重酒精感,好好的一款餐酒。

2005 Ch. Lascombes

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with very high intensity aromas of prune, blackcurrant, plum, cherry, fig, earth with trace of smoke and vegetal. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied and quite high ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, black plum, earth and trace of vegetal. Fairly long length with black fruit finish. (93) Nice fruitiness and ripe.

轉熟了,2005年真的是瑪高年,濃厚的黑果加上發展漸趨成熟的香氣,很吸引,亦很標準。酒體醇厚豐富,酒味比酒香簿一點,但也很強,餘韻亦長,好味,只是單寧仍要多一點時間。現飲也很好喝的。

1979 Caol Ila 35 years Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky

A medium lemon coloured dry whisky with pronounced noses of honey, smoke, seaweed, iodine, and touch of peach and caramel. Water brings out floral note. Medium acidity and warming alcohol, full bodied too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, honey, mineral, seaweed and touch of smoke. Fairly long length with smoky finish. (94) Wonderful aftertaste.

 酒香強,加水後的變化亦好。酒香的複雜性算強,入口後酒味有一點變化,是我喜愛的表現,餘韻長,而且味道轉重,煙燻味更多,幾吸引。好味。

2012 Egon Muller Scharzhofberger Riesling Auslese

Medium lemon green colour with medium intensity noses of chrysanthemums, honey, white flower, mineral and ripe pear. This wine is medium sweet and quite acidic, not high in alcohol but full bodied. A touch of spiky mouthfeel. On palate, it give quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, chrysanthemums, peach and floral note. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93) Way too early to drink or is it just simple as that?

這酒試不真,香氣不算強,但有一定複雜性,酒的酸甜平衡很好,而且有一點點刺口感提升爽口感,很不錯。酒味一致,但強度比香氣更好,餘韻亦長。酒味仍在十分初步的層次,須要時間發展。希望結出好果實吧。

2011 La Romanee, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum, rose, cherry, earth, tangerine perfume with trace of anise, very complex indeed. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied too. The tannin is soft at medium level. On palate it gives fairly high intensity flavours of cherry, rose perfume, plum, strawberry jam, licorice and vanilla. Close to long length with red berry finish. (96)

事先聲明,這酒我有一部份分是因為酒的結構而比的。酒的強度及複雜性也是很高,酒香誘人,而且貫徹著這酒那種輕巧花香加濃重醬果的香氣,應該吸引到不 同人士的口味。這酒莊的2011年不知做了什麼可以令酒的單寧如此柔順,即使村酒也是,酒味也強,餘韻長,難得的佳釀。講返酒的結構,這酒的結構在於不會給人柔軟感,是會令人感到有一點東西在口中架起的感覺。這種感覺跟我在飲 ROMANEE CONTI 時也感到一樣,可能這就是葡萄園的威力吧,畢竟飲得太少了,哈哈......

2011 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red wine possesses deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of black plum, cherry, smoke, strawberry jam, rose perfume and touch of sandalwood and forest floor. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level but touch of greenness. On palate it gives fairly intense flavours of red cherry, plum, rose pedal, licorice, smoke and toasted wood. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (93)

跟同年的 LA TACHE 一起飲,這酒的單寧青了點,這才是我印象中的2011年。酒的力度很強,而且複雜,餘韻亦長,好酒。酒味沒有酒香那樣的醬果感,但味道層次分明,也是一個好處。酒貫徹著這酒莊的高質素,好味道。

Deep ruby colour with medium nose of black plum, rose jam, anise, strawberry jam, sandalwood and trace of smoke and mushroom, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium dusty tannin too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of strawberry, rose, red plum, red cherry, smoke, licorice and trace of vegetal. Long cherry finish. (94)

這酒的質素是後勁。酒香強度不算太突出,但十分複雜,酒入口內才展現出豐富的酒味。餘韻長而吸引,好喝。2011年的酒的單寧如此表現比想像中好。酒當然是早飲了,但口感亦是很美好的,過多幾年會更放光彩吧。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine wine pronounced aromas of black plum, cherry, rose, vanilla, pinewood, flower garden and touch of smoke and sweet spice. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of rose, red cherry, ripe strawberry, licorice, smoke and touch of cedar. Fairly long length  with rose and cherry finish. (95)

精彩的酒香,強勁而複雜,有一種吸引人去發掘的力量,很有想像空間的酒香。酒的單寧尚算熟及滑,餘韻充滿果香,令人回味。酒味在口中的想像空間比較少,但層次分明,很不錯。一枝好酒,值得慢慢品嚐的好酒。
