2014 La Tache, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose jam, tangerine peel, strawberry farm, sandalwood, anise and floral, very  juicy and attractive. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of rose, strawberry, tangerine, licorice and wormwood. Close to long length with juicy strawberry finish. (94)

一貫的醬果香氣之外有著像在花園遊蕩的不同花香,很強烈又吸引。酒入口很醬果感下降但花果的鮮活感提高,這可能是這酒莊的拿手好戲,可以給品飲者一層層的感受。酒的各方面也是高水平,陳年多一點相信會展現另一種風味,好酒。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced aromas of rose pedal, raspberry, redberry jam, strawberry field, smoky spice, earth, trace of mushroom and meat, very complex. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at medium level, fine grained but a touch of greenness. On palate it gives quite pronounced flavours of raspberry, strawberry, rose tea, earth, mushroom and meat. Long length with raspberry finish. (94) Fresh, juicy with full complexity at the back. Very enjoyable, tho it still has long way to go.

 好好飲。早喝這類酒一定是充滿鮮果的感覺。酒有著混合各種情況的果實感,由野果到熟果到醬果都齊,此外再加上一層層的香料複雜性,引人入勝的酒味。餘韻亦長,味道範圍很廣,令人喝得陶醉,唯一是年份問題,單寧有點點青,希望時間可以幫到一下。現在飲已經很好,不過相信放下會更精彩。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with intense aromas of rose, red plum candy, berry jam, vanilla, licorice, cinnamon, smoke and touch of menthol, very complex nose. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level, round mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of rose jam, red plum candy, vanilla, cabbage, licorice and sweet spice. Close to long length with red plum finish. (94) Delicious

再次確定2011年的布根地是比想像中好。酒的酒力、複雜性、口感、餘韻全屬出色的表現。品飲時是會感受到酒的優雅。這年份的評價真的是低估了。好好喝,相信再陳年會更精彩。

Deep ruby colour with medium nose of black plum, rose jam, anise, strawberry jam, sandalwood and trace of smoke and mushroom, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium dusty tannin too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of strawberry, rose, red plum, red cherry, smoke, licorice and trace of vegetal. Long cherry finish. (94)

這酒的質素是後勁。酒香強度不算太突出,但十分複雜,酒入口內才展現出豐富的酒味。餘韻長而吸引,好喝。2011年的酒的單寧如此表現比想像中好。酒當然是早飲了,但口感亦是很美好的,過多幾年會更放光彩吧。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of rose jam, black plum, black berry, eucalyptus, mint leaf and touch of smoke, damp wood and blood. Medium acidity. alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Tannin is fine grained in nature at medium level. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of rose, blackberry, smoke, damp earth, blackcherry and touch of mint and anise. Long length with red plum finish. (95)

從各方面說也是一枝表現出眾的酒品。酒香強勁,複雜到有點無底深潭的感覺。餘韻亦長,酒味在口仍有很不錯的複雜性,單寧強但不算鞋口,假以時日會更好的。多給這酒一點時間吧。

Deep ruby coloured dry red wine with fairly high intensity aromas of red plum, redberry, rose jam, licorice, forest floor, fresh cabbage and damp wood. It has medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied with medium fine-grained tannin. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of rose jam, red plum, licorice, forest floor, and cabbage. Long length with rose and plum finish. (95) Clean, precise, fine and delicate.

也不致於筆墨難以形容,但這酒會令人有嘩一聲的感覺。酒香和酒味的強度和複雜性也很好,單寧須要多一點時間醇化一下,餘韻長而吸引。味道層次分明,亦優雅,是一個很享受的品飲過程。好好酒,值得一再回味。

Medium plus ruby colour with pronounced aromas of rose, strawberry, cabbage, spice, vanilla with trace of forest floor and meatiness. It is dry with medium acidity, medium soft silky tannin. Medium bodied and alcohol. Medium plus intensity flavours of raspberry, cherry, cabbage, vanilla, toast and meaty. Medium plus length with lovely cherry finish. (94)
