Jacques Selosse V. O. Extra Brut

A medium lemon coloured champagne with pronounced nose of apple, citrus, bread and camomile. It is dry with medium bodied. Quite high in acidity and creamy mousses. On palate it has higher than medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, caramel, bread and apple notes. Long length with honey and citrus finish. (92) Clean and  rich. Good development.

清爽、酒香及口感也頗濃厚，餘韻長而豐厚，有一定成熟感，唯獨是複雜性仍欠了點。
