2004 Pol Roger Rose

A medium pink coloured champagne with small bubbles of long persistence. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of red cherry, citrus, apple, rose and touch of bread. Creamy mousse and over medium sour acidity. Medium alcohol and barely over medium bodied. It is dry with fairly high intensity flavours of rose, red cherry, plum and touch of yeast and bread. Just over medium length with red cherry finish. (91) Clean and fresh with touch of autolysis.

粉紅香檳的色澤好靚,氣泡綿長,口感仍屬酸削,十分開胃,酒香及酒味尚算複雜,餘韻也合格,不錯的飯前酒。
