2009 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Clos de la Marechale, Domaine Frederic Mugnier

A deep ruby wine with medium nose of red plum, cabbage, vegetal, vanilla, herb and touch of quartz type stony mineral aromas. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol. Medium bodied with fine grained medium tannin. On palate it has medium flavour intensity. Red cherry, rose, cabbage, licorice spices. Fairly long length with spicy finish. (90)
