2006 Chambolle Musigny 1er Les Cras, Domaine G. Roumier

This wine has a deeper than medium intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of strawberry, rose, cabbage, wet leaves with touch of toast and clove. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level and silky. Higher than medium intensity flavours of rose, red plum, licorice, cabbage with touch of forest floor and vegetal notes. Quite long length with red plum finish. (91) Soft yet complex, subtle but long. Well made but needs further complexity to be an excellent one.

酒的複雜度不是很足，但酒味卻有層次，隱隱約約，餘韻又長，釀酒師應記一功，好飲。
