2005 Puligny Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

This is a dry wine with lemon colour and green tinge. On nose, it gives white flower, citrus and notes of butter, lactice and oaky spice. Its acidity just reaches medium and it has medium to full body. On palate, the flavour is not so strong and has citrus, oaky and trace of almond. The finish is strong and long-lasting. It surprises me that the acidity is not that high but as a village wine, it is at a wonderful standard. (92)
