This dry pale lemon wine gives mineral and citrus aromas on nose
with some further mineral, flint and pear fruit in palate. It has medium
plus acidity and medium body. The finish is mainly mineral with a
length of 10 seconds or so.
Having this wine with Chinese hairy crab and it
performs well as it keeps the delicacy of the crab and retains the
flavour of the wine. (90)
