2005 Bourgogne Blanc, Domaine Dugat-Py

A medium lemon coloured wine with quite pronounced aromas of amber, lemon, white flower, butter, mineral, melon and touch of honey, surprisingly complex. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Barely medium plus bodied. Medium citrus, amber, mineral and vanilla on palate. Medium length with citrus finish. (90) Reasonable intensity but complex nose. An enjoyable wine.

一枝以為頗簡單的酒卻比出一個豐富的香氣，唯在口中反映番他的本質，口感較簡單。用來佐餐十分合適。
