2004 Echezeaux, Domaine Jayer-Gilles

A dry wine with medium plus ruby colour and thick legs. It gives medium aromas of mushroom, animal, spice, smoke with cherry, plum, rose pedal, vanilla and cabbage. On palate, it has medium body and acidity with medium ripe, soft and sweet tannin. The flavours is led by cherry and mushroom with roasted meat, rose perfume and trace of forest floor. Medium plus length with cherry and forest floor finish. (93)
