2003 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Combe Aux Moines, Domaine Fourrier

This wine possesses a deeper than medium intensity ruby colour with quite high intensity nose of red plum, raspberry, ripe strawberry, with touch of cabbage, rose pedal and spice, quite fruity. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium tannin with a touch of greeness. On palate it has medium intensity cabbage, strawberry and vegetal flavour. Medium length with cabbage and spice finish. (89) A bit simple but ripe and fruity.

簡單直接，適度的複雜性。飲得輕鬆舒服，但單寧有一點點青。整體來說是一枝很易表達的酒。
