2000 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

This wine possesses a medium lemon colour with pungent nose of amber, honey, vanilla, walnut, white flower, mineral and touch of tropical fruit. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate, it gives almost pungent flavours of citrus, honey, wet stone, mineral, peach, pineapple and amber. Long length with vanilla and honey citrus finish. (94) Wonderful wine with layered flavour at high intensity. Very good complexity with full of fruitiness yet backed up with strong mineral characters.

一個字:正! 複雜、豐厚、餘韻長。果味充足之餘而有豐富之礦物口感。2000雖不是十分靚年，釀酒師應記一功。
