2000 Chateauneuf du Pape, Ch. de Beaucastel

Deep ruby coloured red wine with medium nose of red plum, cherry, vanilla, earth, leather and touch of licorice. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium fine grained tannin and medium bodied. The flavour intensity is medium with  flavours of red cherry, vanilla, tea leaves and hints of licorice. Medium length with red plumy finish. (90) Reasonable complexity and intensity but rather short length than expected. It shows some development tho.

以這個酒莊來說，這是一個中規中矩的酒品，有一定複雜性但餘韻不及。一路飲一路覺得D味出得好快。
