A medium lemon green coloured champagne with quite pronounced aromas of
apple, biscuit, toast, white flower and bread. It is dry with quit high
refreshing acidity. Fuller than medium body and medium alcohol. Creamy
mousse with tiny bubbles and long persistence. On palate, it gives quite
intense flavours of ripe apple, biscuit, toast, and lime. Very long
length with citrus finish. (93) Complex and well developed, it has
potential for further aging, as evident from its acidity.
