1996 Hermitage la Chapelle, Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aine

A deep purple wine with quite high intensity of mint, hay, black plum, white pepper. Loads of dried herb-like aromas. Medium alcohol. acidity and tannin with barely fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has over medium flavour intensity and length. Dried herb, red plum and vanilla. (91)

仍有一點發展空間的酒，其香料味非常出眾，但未必人人接受，整體說也是不錯的，平衡得來各樣酒味也融合得好好。
