1995 Chianti Riserva Ducale, Ruffino

This wine possesses deeper than medium ruby colour with barely over medium aromas of cooked red cherry, tea, licorice, vanilla and smoke. It is dry with medium sour acidity. Medium alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level but ripe and soft. Medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry and tea. Medium length with red cherry finish. (88) Good typicity and very expressive. Not too complex but with good integration
