1994 Ornellaia

This wine has close to deep purple colour with quite high intensity aromas of coffee, licorice, vanilla, red cherry, plum and touch of cranberry. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Fine-grained medium tannin. On palate it gives close to pronounced intensity flavours of red plum, cherry, licorice, spice and vanilla. Long length with red plum finish. (92) Complex, rich and well developed.
