1989 Cote Rotie La Turque, E. Guigal

A deep purple coloured wine with barely higher than medium nose of black cherry, plum, black pepper, smoke, leather and earth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with quite high soft and fine tannin. Quite intense flavours of red cherry, dried herbs, licorice but a bit watery texture. Long length with subtle black plum finish. (92) Impressive length as the fruit lingers long but the mouthfeel is a bit watery and the palate is a bit simple. Good nose tho.

以 LA LA LA 來說這枝水準中等，酒香複雜性不錯但口感較薄，甚至有點水水地。餘韻悠長，果味隱約在咽喉停留，足證其質素。
