1980 Chapelle Chambertin, Domaine Leroy

It has barely medium intensity ruby colour with medium intensity aromas. Cabbage, rose, red cherry, strawberry candy, licorice and forest floor. It is dry with medium alcohol, vibrant acidity. Medium bodied and soft tannin. On palate, it gives quite high intensity flavours of cabbage, red plum, sweet candied strawberry, licorice and damp earth. Medium length with strawberry finish. (91) Good strawberry attack, fine and elegant with soft and smooth mouthfeel. Bit disappointed on length.

口感柔順優雅，特別是其在口中的酒味，好像士多啤梨糖的感覺，合理的複雜性和酒味，可惜餘韻略短。
