出奇的好味。可能是我之前喝過一些較舊年份的而感覺一般,但這酒令我改觀了。足證近幾年這酒莊越做越好。酒香強而複雜,餘韻長,酒味高度平衡 ,口感濃郁,陳年能力仍有一段時間,好好味。

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour with touch of haziness. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, damp earth, anise and wild rose. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with quite high fine grained tannin. Quite intense flavours too, with flavours of black cherry, rose, earth, licorice and vegetal. 四平八穩的好酒,各方表現也在中上水平,餘韻更是錦上添花的,好飲。酒的單寧仍很強,酒味多一些複雜性的酒將會更出色,但現在飲已經很好了。這酒還有頗長的適飲期。

酒香令人驚喜的,特別是迎面襲來的花香。 酒有點青,可能是年份問題吧,餘韻算長,酒在口中的表現下跌了些。看得出酒莊在這年份想做出濃郁的酒的苦心。酒整體還是不錯的,幾好飲。

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, honey, amber, vanilla, mineral and wet stone. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied and round. It
looks like maple syrup in colour. On nose it gives medium intensity
aromas of dried apricot, honey, orange, dates, prune and raisin, very
fruity. It is sweet with high acidity, full bodied and less alcohol
bite. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of
apricot, honey, prune, and raisin. Longer than medium length with prune
finish. (92) good balance but needs complexity.

以TBA來說香氣不算強,酒香複雜性很好,只是在口中時複雜性不及酒香,餘韻很長,酒質是不錯的,更值得讚的是甜酸平衡很好。整體不錯,一枝合格的TBA,多點複雜性,特別是品種的礦物感會更好。

哈哈,再證明我品評的一致性,原來我今年2月亦試過這酒一次。評分也是一樣。但這次酒的轉變跟之前的分別不大,只是比半年前那枝更開放,香氣及酒味的複雜性更明顯地展示。好好飲的一枝酒,尚有一些發展,但現在飲已經好好味了。

A
deep ruby colour dry red wine with intense aromas of meat and blood,

翻查紀錄,原來約半年前試過這酒,發現我也是比相同評分,證明我的品評水評幾一致呢(刷下自己鞋先)。雖然同分,今次酒的印象比較重口了一點,這枝的表現較重味,果味轉了點黑果,也發展了點較重身的黑皮諾特色。其他品質參數變化不大,依然好酒一枝,再陳多十年多會是一枝今人回味的酒。

會令人有點驚嘆的複雜香氣,雖然不算太強,隱隱約約的滲透出來,幾誘人。酒體豐厚,酒力在口中強度比酒香強,但複雜性又不及酒香,餘韻算長,好飲,放多十年還可以的,慢慢陳年才品嚐吧。
