Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, mineral, pear, steel, vanilla, and touch of white flower and almond. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and medium bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, butter with steel and mineral, touch of bitter almond too. Long length with citrus floral finish. (94)

本身已對這款酒有所期望,但結果比想像中好飲。複雜強勁的香氣和酒味,長而吸引的餘韻,酒在口中亦展現了田土的礦物感,好味。酒很清楚表現它的質素,坦白直接,令人輕易感到,雖然不像一些佳釀會說故事,但勝在清楚易明。

1970 Francois Marange Fins Bois Cognac

This cognac has medium copper colour and quite intense noses of orange peel, honey, limestone, chalk, apricot and touch of vanilla. Water enhances honey notes. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with touch of wood tannin. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of honey, peach, citrus and apricot. Long length with honey and lemon finish. (93)

如果不是餘韻吸引,這酒不值這個評價。酒香不錯,令人感覺到干邑地區一些田土特色。酒味的表現過於簡單,簡直要扣分,可是吞後酒的回味居然幾吸引,令評價有所提升。整體來說不錯,但最好食住甜品飲好D。

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of strawberry candy, blackcurrant leaf, red berry, rose jam, plum, mint, licorice and touch of earthy, quite complex but fruity. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The tannin is above medium level and fine grained. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, red plum, licorice, cabbage, vegetal and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with red berry finish (94)

 以酒香的複雜性來說,這酒可以說是一流的,但仍是貫徹這莊風格,充滿醬果味。單寧仍須時軟化一下,酒味很不錯而餘韻又長,好酒一枝。但放多幾年應該更好。

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of white flower, lemon, vanilla spice, ripe pear and touch of limestone. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied and quite high flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, floral, sweet vanilla, almond and hints of steel and limestone. Close to long length with lemon candy finish. (95) Good mineral backbone with complex and zesty flavour.

有點深藏不露,酒力不錯,夠強。香氣的複雜性看似簡單了點,但越聞越吸引,像是不斷有所發展的。酒在口中表現更比香氣好,有一定發展之餘,酒的花果味及木桶發展的味很平衝,餘韻亦長,會引人飲完一啖又一啖的,好酒。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of strawberry jam, rose, damp earth, plum and touch of meat, licorice and mint tea. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at medium level and fine grained in nature, with slightly over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, cabbage, earth and touch of damp wood. Long length with red plum finish.  這酒的複雜性很好,特別在香氣方面。酒體公整,結構有點硬,可能是單寧吧。酒味在口中弱了點,但餘韻又令人回味。99年的紅布有點難捉摸,但偏向硬淨。

2013 Romanee St. Vivant, Domaine Leroy

Deep ruby with pronounced level aromas of strawberry, rose perfume, red cherry jam, licorice, anise and vanilla, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with smooth medium tannin. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of rose pedal, wild red cherry, licorice and tea. Long length with red berry finish. (94) It has all components of a good wine, but needs time. Good length too.

很早飲的一枝酒,但仍可在那長長的餘韻和初發展的香氣和酒味中找到這酒的潛質。酒力亦強勁,酒味亦然。一枝好酒應有的特質全部都存在,只待時間發展,令人期待。

Medium onion skin coloured sweet wine with pronounced noses of hoeny, maple syrup, dried apricot, steel, mineral and orange jam.  It is sweet with medium acidity, a bit low in alcohol but full bodied. On palate it has over medium level flavours of orange, apricot, dried peach. Longer than medium length with citrus honey finish. (91) bit simple on palate.

酒不錯,只是在口中簡單了些,另一個問題是酸度,現在還可以,但再陳年的話可能會成疑。酒的香氣不錯,強而複雜,餘韻也算合格,一枝不錯的甜酒,但以TBA級數來說只是合格多點吧。

2000 Pauleczki-Vin Tokaji Muscat Lunel Aszueszencia

This sweet wine has medium intensity onion skin colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of apricot, honey, mineral, orange peel, quite heavy tone. Quite acidic with medium alcohol and full bodied. The flavour intensity is quite high with lemon, apricot, peach, mineral and touch of Cointreau. Fairly long length with orange finish. (92)

 一定的陳年有些幫助,但這酒的甜酸度平衡好,果味頗重,相信仍可再作一定時間陳年。酒的複雜性不錯,強度亦足,口感豐滿,餘韻算長。在各方面表現也在中上,飲得很開心的。

Deep purple colour with quite high intensity aromas of black cherry, graphite, vegetal, licorice, violet, earth and toasted herb, this dry red wine has medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied and quite high ripe and fine grained tannin. The palate has flavours of blue cherry, bell pepper, vegetal, licorice and dried herb, all above medium intensity level. Fairly long length too, with blueberry finish. (91)

熟透了的酒,發展出層層複主雜的香氣,這酒清楚說明品種特色,但以這區來說好像欠了點礦物味,酒好飲,香氣比酒味出色,不錯。

A deep purple colour dry red wine with quite high intensity bell pepper, blackcurrant, mint, earth. licorice, mushroom and plum aromas. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with quite high ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity blueberry, black plum, earth, licorice and graphite. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (93)

酒是頗精彩的,是一款很令人討好的味道,除了礦物感外,似十足一枝波爾多酒的表現了。強度、複雜性、餘韻俱在中上水平,好飲。

Deep ruby coloured with quite high noses of candied strawberry, raspberry jam, rose jam, spice box, licorice and touch of cabbage and earth, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Fine grained medium tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of rose jam, red plum, strawberry jam, and licorice. Fairly long length with red plum tea finish. (92) Jammy, jammy, jammy, will improve with time.

杰撻撻的醬果味,所有花果香氣都濃郁得很。當然,比些時間會有更多發展是一定的。但這酒莊的風格相信唔會出現到較幽香的感覺。酒的質素可在餘韻體會到,很不錯,令人值得期待。

2012 Nuits Saint Geroges 1er Cru Clos des Grandes Vignes, Domaine Comte Liger-Belair

This dry white wine has medium lemon colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of lemon candy, vanilla, butter and touch of cream and peach. Medium acidity and alcohol with a bit fuller than medium bodied. The flavours contain lemon, butter, cream and honey, all at medium level. Fairly long length with honey butter finish. (90) Like a Meursault with water.

 這酒莊的酒香氣很強,這白酒也一樣,很濃很熟。酒在口中簡單了點,強度亦不足,餘韻尚算不錯。飲時的感覺有點像另一條村似的,令我想起梅索村酒,可能因為酒的木桶影響幾大下。

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with quite high noses of lemon, white flower, mineral, vanilla and touch of pear and honey. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with fairly long length of honey finish. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, peach and white flower. A decent wine. (91)

用整潔來形容這酒雖然有點怪,但頗合適。因為酒的複雜度比想像中簡單,但清澈直接,味道分明。酒的質素中上,好飲的餐酒。
