A single malt whisky with medium amber colour. On nose it has pronounced aromas of malt, jasmine, caramel, honey, vanilla, walnut and touch of orange peel. Water enhances its floralness and fruitiness. Dry with medium alcohol, a little bit harsh. Quite full bodied and medium acidity. This sweet wine has medium gold colour and pronounced aromas of honey, mineral, petrol, peach, ripe mango and apricot. The sweetness level is at medium sweetness. Full bodied and medium acidity, lower than medium alcohol. On palate it gives barely over medium intensity flavours of lemon, peach, tropical fruit, mineral and touch of gasoline. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (92) A bit lack of acidity.
Deep purple coloured with almost pronounced level intensity aromas of black plum, bell pepper, graphite, earth, mint and ripe blueberry, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Still quite high tannin level but a touch of greenness is detected. On palate it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, licorice, earth and touch of dust. Longer than medium length with blueberry finish. (93)
A deep ruby dry red wine with fairly high intensity noses of red plum, rose, cabbage, menthol, pine and British tea. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with fairly high ripe and fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is slightly higher than medium level with flavours of red cherry, licorice, vegetal and touch of cabbage. Long length with red plum finish. (93)
This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives pronounced aromas of ripe red berry, mint leave, rose perfume, nutmeg and mushroom, complex and noble. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol. Quite full in bodied with fine-grained medium tannin. On palate it has fairly high intensity flavours of rose, red cherry, plum, clove, mushroom and touch of tea. It is dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied, creamy mousse. The flavour intensity is quite high, with flavours of red cherry, yeast, raspberry, and touch of mineral. Medium length with raspberry finish. (91) Good red fruit.
A fairly deep ruby colour dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, red cherry, cabbage, rose perfume, and touch of vanilla and mushroom. It has medium level acidity and alcohol, medium bodied too. The tannin is barely at medium level and soft in nature, a little bit green tho. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red wild cherry, rose perfume, cabbage, mushroom and touch of smoke and tea leave. Medium length with red cherry finish. (92) Clean and fresh, a bit exotic too.
This single malt whisky has medium intensity copper colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of seaweed, honey, citrus, peat and smoke. Water enhances its smokiness. It is dry with medium acidity and warming alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied as well. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of honey, citrus, seaweed and smoke, quite consistent, with medium length of honey and smoky finish. (90)
This old cognac has medium copper colour. On nose it has almost pronounced aromas of raisin, apricot, jasmine, orange peel and touch of chalk. Water enhances its floral aroma. Off dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives slightly over medium flavours of citrus peel, prune, touch of caramel, raisin and jasmine. It is off-dry with medium acidity, warming medium alcohol and medium bodied. Touch of tannin is detected. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of jasmine, orange and raisin.
