This old cognac has medium copper colour. On nose it has almost pronounced aromas of raisin, apricot, jasmine, orange peel and touch of chalk. Water enhances its floral aroma. Off dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives slightly over medium flavours of citrus peel, prune, touch of caramel, raisin and jasmine. Longer than medium length with prune finish. (91)

這些舊酒真的拍得住現今的XO級數。酒的陳年感充分,比起一些現在的普通XO更有過之而無不及。只是原酒的複雜感可能有點不足,所以整體的複雜性差了點點,但仍有頗強的酒香和複雜性,餘韻亦合格有餘,已經不錯了。
