A big, rich dry red wine with deep inky purple colour and significant
legs. Quite pronounced aromas of violet, damp earth, black plum,
blueberries, toast, leafy, sweet spice, vanilla, nutmeg, and savoury,
quite heavy in mineral. On palate it has medium acidity and alcohol.
Full bodied with ripe and sweet tannin. Quite intense flavours of
blueberries, pepper, violet, black plum, spice and trace of savoury.
Quite long in length with spicy finish. This wine is made of blending of
100 year old Carignan, Syrah and Grenache and it surely shows you how
complex an old vine can give. (92)
