Krug Grande Cuvee Brut NV

This is the second time I taste this Champagne. This pale lemon dry sparkling wine has fine and delicate mousse. On nose, it give citrus, floral, green apple aromas with hints of yeast and toast note. On palate, the acidity is high but soft and my tongue seems floating in the wine. The flavour follows the nose but the yeasty flavour goes stronger with a more than 10 second finish. Nice (92)
