This Cognac has medium copper colour and fairly high intensity aromas of
caramel, jasmine, honey, raisin with touch of vanilla and roasted nut.
Water enhances its floralness. On palate, it is slightly off dry with
medium integrated alcohol. Medium acidity and almost full bodied. The
flavour intensity is at slightly over medium level. Dried herbs, honey,
caramel and citrus peel. Fairly long length with raisin and caramel
finish. (91)

初聞時會感覺這酒的陳年好足,酒香複雜性也合格,但入口後酒味弱了點,餘韻算長,但焦糖味較突出,也算不錯。
