2008 Hestan Vineyard Chardonnay

Medium lemon colour white wine with quite intense aromas of oak, butter, lemon, honey and stewed peach. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol. Quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is medium with flavours of stewed apple, mineral and touch of honey. Fairly long length with honey and vanilla finish. (89) Full, rich and ripe. Round mouthfeel but a bit heavy.

豐厚圓滿，但複雜性稍遜，果味及桶味較明顯，酒體較厚而令佢沒有了清爽的感覺，酸度感亦略有不足。
