2006 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohle Riesling Auslese

This is a medium lemon coloured white wine with quite heavy legs. Fairly high intensity aromas of honey, melon, citrus, mineral with touch of steeliness. Quite sweet with over medium acidity. Almost full bodied with touch of fizzy. On palate, it gives quite high intensity flavours of citrus, honey, steel, pineapple and wet stone. Long length with peachy finish. (93) Good complexity and offers different flavours on palate in layers. Fresh but not cloy with subtle minerality.

真的不錯。複雜性頗佳，餘韻長，甜得嚟不算漏而且有點點爽，可能是那小小氣泡感的關係，酒味亦有點層次，雖然不是很分明。
