2002 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Bouchard Pere & Fils

A medium lemon green colour with pronounced aromas of lemon, melon, almond, vanilla, honey, mineral and touch of steel. It is dry with medium soft acidity, medium alcohol and over medium bodied. On palate, it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, amber, steel and hazelnut. Fairly long length with citrus and vanilla finish. (91)

香氣複雜吸引，餘韻長，口感豐，酒味略為簡單了點。好飲的酒，但我扣了一點點分在於其風格不太似CHEVALIER MONTRACHET，欠了點應有的礦物質感。
