2000 Richebourg, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This is a wine with medium intensity ruby coloured core and thin garnet rim. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of strawberry, red cherry, mushroom, rose pedal, smoke and cabbage. It is dry with medium acidity. Medium alcohol and a bit fuller than medium body. The tannin is silky at medium level. On palate it shows quite pronounced flavours of fresh strawberry, red plum, rose pedal, spicy with cabbage type vegetal notes. Throughout the tasting it is vibrant, clean and zesty. It has long length with cherry finish (92).
