This champagne is medium gold in colour. On nose it gives quite
pronounced ripe apple, toast, biscuit, and lime aromas. It is dry with
medium acidity and alcohol. Medium plus bodied with quite intense
flavours of apple, lime, toast, biscuit. Creamy mousse, tiny bubbles and
long. The length is long with appley and citrus fruity finish. (93).
Complex, rich, and mouth-filling which makes a good balance with the
acidity. Vivid and crisp which differentiate it from its NV. Good one.

如果蒙瓶的話,未必估到係KRUG,入口鮮爽得來又不至太酸,口感豐厚又不重,雖然仲可以繼續陳年,但現在飲也十分滋味。
