1998 Chevalier Montrachet Les Demoiselles, Louis Jadot

Medium lemon colour with barely over medium nose of amber, lemon, musk, almond, apple and honey, this wine has medium soft acidity and medium alcohol. Over medium bodied with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, musky, vanilla and touch of white flower. Close to long length with honey finish. (91) Complex nose but weak palate. Good length but a bit oaky.

香氣複雜吸引但口感差了點，餘韻出色，顯示酒的質素。酒體柔順，可是感覺到木桶對酒的影響大了點，但仍是一枝可口的酒。
