2005 Cote Rotie La Turque, Domaine E. Guigal

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced level intensity aromas of blackberry, black plum, violet, mineral, earth, sweet spice and menthol, complex and deep. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Fairly high soft and ripe tannin as well. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of blueberry, black plum, mineral, earth and touch of spice box. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (94)

此酒的酒香有一種扯你入深淵的感覺，複雜、強烈又集中。味重、單寧成熟、 配合複雜的酒味和足夠長的餘韻，即使盲飲也可確定這是一枝佳釀，只是酒仍須多一點時間發展，酒味如再強會是一枝令人回味的酒。有貨的不妨陳多幾年至飲。

1996 Bonnes Mares, Domaine d'Auvenay

Deep ruby coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of rose, redberry, licorice, toast, tea, earth and mint, precise and concentrated, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with quite high fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum jam, licorice, tea, earth and mint. Fairly long length with redberry finish. (93)

濃烈而集中，酒香及酒味有強度，有點點穿透性的感覺。酒的複雜性不錯，但不算十分出色，強度足，餘韻亦長，好飲，是一枝與友暢談時品嚐的酒。

2004 Morey Saint Denis 1er Cru Clos de la Bussiere, Domaine G. Roumier

A deep ruby dry red wine with medium noses of rose, earth, graphite, mushroom, dried red plum and touch of licorice and tea, quite deep. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of black plum, dried rose, earth, mushroom and touch of mint and licorice. Barely over medium length with red plum finish. (91)

 試過這酒幾個不同年份，整體水準算穩定。以這年份來說這酒造得不錯。有一定複雜性，只是強度不太強，餘韻亦合格，也不太覺得有著04年的青澀單寧，幾好飲。

2005 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine Henri Boillot

This is a dry white wine with medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of lemon, honey, mineral, vanilla, butter and touch of wet stone. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavour of lemon, sweet vanilla, honey, and touch of peach and nuttiness. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish (92) Very full, a bit heavy too but with good intensity and flavour.

與04年的一同品飲，這酒比04年更豐厚圓滿，酒力強，亦有一定複雜性，餘韻亦長，好酒來的。酸度亦算維持到，不至令酒失去鮮活性，好飲。

2004 Corton Charlemgane, Domaine Henri Boillot

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives pronounced intensity aromas of lemon, honey, white flower, chalk, mineral, and touch of cream. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives slightly over medium flavours of lemon candy, butter and mineral. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (91) Full, round, rich but need better complexity.

酒很豐厚而不失酸度，值得一讚。酒香強烈複雜，口感豐滿厚實，餘韻合格有餘，只是酒在口中的複雜性弱了點，不錯的一枝酒，這酒莊的風格水準頗穩定，不錯。

2004 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru En Orveaux, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

Deep ruby coloured with medium noses of rose, redberry, plum, toast, mushroom, earth and touch of anise spice, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Medium intensity fine grained tannin with touch of greenness. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, wild redberry, tea leaves, earth and licorice. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92)

用後勁凌厲來形容好像有點誇張，但這酒真的在口中強度比酒香大。 酒香頗複雜的，但不太強烈。可是口中反而強些，但複雜性又低番點，餘韻不錯，算長，好飲，但有點點青澀。

2003 Dom Perignon Rose

Medium intensity onion skin coloured dry champagne with fairly high intensity aromas of raspberry, strawberry, rose, mineral, and touch of honey bread. Quite high mouthwatering acidity, medium bodied and medium alcohol, creamy mousse. The flavour intensity is quite high too with flavours of rose, raspberry and touch of citrus and bread. Barely longer than medium length with raspberry finish. (91)

這粉紅香檳的紅果味很出眾，甚至可以說主導了整枝酒的味度。酸度足，口感相對同牌子不同年份的豐厚。酒在口中複雜性大降，簡單了點，餘韻合格。不錯的香檳，但不算很出色。

2000 Donnhoff Oberhauser Brucke Riesling Auslese

This sweet wine has medium intensity gold colour. On nose it gives quite high intensity aromas of honey, chrysanthemum, apricot jam, orange marmalade and touch of mineral, jackfruit. Medium acidity and full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. The flavour intensity is at barely over medium level. The flavours contain honey, apricot, orange and chrysanthemum. Medium length with citrus and apricot finish. (90)

 酒的香氣不錯，有一定強度和複雜性。可是入口後變簡單了，餘韻亦比想像中短。酸度有些不足亦是此酒另一缺點。雖則如此，這酒的果味不錯，只是它其他的年份比這好多了。

2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Mouchere, Domaine Henri Boillot

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced intensity aromas of lemon, honey, vanilla, amber, white flower and mineral. Slightly over medium acidity, medium alcohol and fairly full bodied. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, oak, honey, almond and touch of mineral. Fairly long length with citrus and nutty finish. (92) Well balance on flavours.

2010年的白布很不錯，仍可陳放一下。酒力算強烈，亦有一定複雜性 ，酒味有果有桶有陳年味，頗豐富的。餘韻亦長，好味。這酒莊的水準頗穩定，不錯，希望價格唔好升太快。

2001 Reinhard and Beate Knebel Winninger Rottgen Riesling Eiswein

This sweet icewine has medium gold colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level intensity aromas of honey, citrus, apricot, orange peel and touch of mineral and wet stone. It has quite high acidity and full bodied. Barely medium alcohol with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, honey, apricot, orange jam, and touch of mineral and petrol. Longer than medium length with honey and citrus finish. (93)

香氣及酒味都很濃郁的酒，展現了葡萄品種之餘亦有著一定的複雜性，餘韻亦算長，甜酸的平衡不錯，雖然有一絲絲膩。否則會是一枝很出色的佳釀。
