2023 David & Nadis Aristagros Chenin Blanc

Medium lemon green coloured with pronounced aromas of red apple, pear, apricot, honey and touch of chalk, this dry white chenin blanc has medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with over medium level flavour intensity. The flavours contain apricot, pear, apple, honey and mineral. Longer than medium length with apricot finish. (90) Fresh and great stone fruit character. Straight forward and juicy

很工整的一支Chenin Blanc。酒香強而又有一定複雜性，酸度與酒體平衡得好。口感豐富而又不重，餘韻亦合格有餘。這品種仍未廣被發掘，有很多滄海遺珠，應該收返D存放

2016 Craggy Range Te Kahu Hawkes Bay Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with quite intense noses of black berry, plum, blueberry, cedar, black pepper, sweet vanilla and trace of blackcurrant. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with a little bit stalky tannin at medium level. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, cedar, licorice and some earthy notes. Medium length with black berry finish. (89) A good food wine with lighter than expected.

試過這酒莊的白酒後試紅酒。香氣頗強，而且複雜，第一印象幾好。入口後表現反而平平，表現四正平穩，仍有一點複雜性，但強度下跌了，餘韻合格。很好的餐酒。

2020 Crozes Hermitage, E. Guigal

 This dry red Rhone wine has deep ruby colour with some purple tint. On nose it has closed to pronounced level aromas of black plum, black pepper, smoke, black cherry jam, anise and sweet spices. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black berry jam, black plum, warm earth and trace of sweet vanilla. Medium length wtih black berry finish. (90) Intense nose but fading quick. Juicy palate.

香氣不錯，有一定強度，複雜性方面也不錯，表現平穩，餘韻適中，是屬於高水平的餐酒，佐餐好，但獨酌就欠了一點餘韻。

2016 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Malconsorts, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose, red plum,  strawberry jam, dried red berry, smoke and trace of sweet spices, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red berry, cherr jam, rose garden and trace of mushroom and British tea. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92) good nose, a bit lighter on palate, round and smooth

依然的強烈複雜，酒的口感比上次柔順了點。酒亦有一點發展。依舊好喝。但酒味在口中發展似乎快了點，影響了一點陳年能力的判斷。現在喝很不錯，多放兩三年也可⋯⋯

2013 Vosne-Romanee 1er Aux Reignots, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

This wine has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of rose perfume, red strawberry, red berry, licorice, forest floor and touch of anise. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with soft medium tannin, a bit stalky is noted. On palate, it has medium intensity flavours of rose, strawberry jam, licorice, damped wood and red plum. Slightly longer than medium length with rose pedal finish. (91) Very aromatic but a bit weak on palate

高度複雜，像一本厚厚的書，不過有啲似舊書。酒的強度不算突出，但美好的複雜性蓋過一切，餘韻合格有餘，幾好喝，慢慢嗒一流。

2009 Clos Vougeot, Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair

This dry wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of red plum, strawberry jam, clove and touch of meat and damped earth. Medium acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. The tannin is at medium level and soft and ripe in nature. On palate, it gives over medium intensity flavours of dried rose, meat, strawberry jam, black plum and earth. Fairly long length with plum finish. (92) Intense and strong.

強勁有力的一支好酒。香氣出眾，強度明顯，餘韻亦算長。此酒的複雜性中上，而且很一致，喝得很清楚明白。口感算厚，單寧柔順，好喝，不過我相信再陳年也不會有大變化了。

2022 Domaine Alice et Olivier de Moor Bourgogne Aligote

Medium intensity lemon coloured with quite intense noses of lemon, white flower, grass, mineral, and apple. It is dry with quite high in acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, red apple, grass, and wet stone. Medium length with lemony finish. (90) Surprisingly ripe and round

這個品種的葡萄造出了一支成熟圓潤的酒，香氣、酒力、強度都在中上水平酸度亦足，餘韻合格以上。這酒改變了一點我對aligote 的想法，要開始儲返一些。日常飲用一個佳選⋯⋯

2009 Clos de la Roche, Domaine Chantal Remy

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose, dried red berry, strawberries jam, cherry jam, mint leaf, cedar and touch of sandalwood. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium level soft and ripe tannin with quite intense flavours of red cherry, rose pedal, mushroom, damped earth and licorice. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) Good nose and palate. Pretty weak on length.

由開始聞到喝入口，之後酒在口中遊走中一直都好享受。香氣、複雜性都很好，口感亦都係，円寧成熟柔順，亦有很好的品種特色。呢個時候已經覺得是一支好酒，可能太有之後的期待，酒的餘韻便沒有想像中長，但也合格有餘，好喝⋯⋯

2019 Macon Millly-Lamartine Clos du Four, Les Heritiers du Comte Lafon

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white Burgundy with quite intense noses of lemon, toasted sesame, vanilla, hazelnut, white flower and apricot. Medium acidity and full口 bodied, medium alcohol too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon soda, apricot, white flower, vanilla and oak. Longer than medium length with lemonade finish. (91) Smooth and nice acidity, quite round, good texture.

口感好圓潤，而且亦有一定的酸度，令到支酒喝得好舒服。此酒亦保持到梅索村的風格，有一定的強度及複雜性，餘韻亦算長，中上的酒品，好喝。

2021 Gevrey Chambertin Les Marchais, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of red berry, mint leaf, strawberry, rose and trace of cigar leaf and earth. Pretty good spiciness. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, soft medium tannin too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried rose, and licorice. Medium length with red plumy finish. (90) Wild on nose and weighter on palate.

可口。這酒有著合理的強度及複雜性，只是四年多的酒但香料味出奇的強，餘韻合格。以這村來說這酒感覺較輕柔，幾特別。

2008 Pommard les Vignots, Domaine Leroy

Over medium intensity ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose perfume, strawberry jam, dried red plum, cedar, earth and forest floor. Rich and complex. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red plum, rose jam, cabbage, nutmeg and dried leaf. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) Rich, full and concentrated.

十七年仍然濃艶的一瓶酒，各方面都強勁濃烈，亦仍有一定複雜性，這個Pommard比我以前試的更厚，更有力，好喝

2009 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Aux Brulees, Domaine Meo-Camuzet

This dry wine has quite intense ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of rose, red berry, mushroom, mint leaf, flower garden and anise. Pretty complex. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium sweet and ripe tannin. The flavour intensity is at medium plus level with flavours of red berry, plum, black tea, licorice, and rose pedal. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (93) Fruity with elegance spicy notes. Nice one.

好喝。香氣不像很多佳釀的澎湃，是沉穩複雜，口感柔順，味道豐富，餘韻悠長，果味及香料並駕齊驅，現在喝已經很好，當然仍可陳年⋯⋯正

2023 David & Nadis Hoe-Steen Chenin Blanc

Medium lemon green coloured with quite intense noses of red apple, pear, grass and touch of burnt hay. It is dry with medium mouthwatering acidity, medium bodied and alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of citrus peel, rusty apple, almond and pear drop. Medium length with apple and almond finish. (90) Good complexity and balance flavour profile.

複雜性很好的一支Chenin Blanc，酒的香氣算強，不過強度在口中及餘韻弱了些，但仍然保持著其複雜性，另一個要讃的是酸度，不削不柔，酒體結實，好喝⋯⋯

2024 Craggy Range Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc

This dry white wine has pale lemon green colour. On nose it has quite pronounced level aromas of guava, lime, gooseberry and touch of grass, clean and fresh. Medium refreshing acidity and alcohol, light bodied with over medium intensity flavours of elderflower, lime, gooseberry and touch of peach. Longer than medium length with elderflower finish. (90) Fresh, juicy, attractive nose, a good simple wine.

 簡單，直接，但強力，品種特性出色，清爽可口，餘韻有點驚喜的長，好有物值的一支餐酒，好喝

2019 Vosne Romanee Cuvee Quatrain, Domaine Gerard Mugneret

A deep ruby coloured dry red Burgundy with medium intensity aromas of black plum, earth, mushroom, rose jam, smoke and cabbage. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black berry jam, rose perfume, sweet vanilla and cedar. Longer than medium length with black cherry jam finish. (91) Ripe, concentrated and full.

質素高，不過其實口味幾重。強度很好，餘韻以村酒水平來說是出色的。酒味濃郁、單寧成熟，可以作長期一點的陳年，現在喝要透氣很久，但係有回報的。

2017 Meurasult Le Limozin, Doamine Vincent Girardin

This dry Meursault has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of lemon, cream soda, butter, white flower and touch of peach and honey. Medium refreshing acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite intense flavour intensity. The flavours contain lemon, cream white flower and touch of chalk. Over medium length with lemonade type finish. (91) Fresh and juicy, good terroir too.

這個的填土風味比較出眾，有着較舊式一點的梅索村感覺。酒的強度，反而在口中比香氣更強，餘𩐳合格以上，是一支不錯的酒品。相信還可再陳多數年，好喝。

2021 Pommard En Mareau, Domaine Audiffred

Quite intense ruby coloured with intense aromas of rose, strawberry, mushroom, earth, damped wood, cabbage and touch of cedar. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft medium tannin, a touch of greenness is detected. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red berry, rose pedal, vegetal, wild strawberry. Medium length with red berry finish. (89) Good nose but fading palate.

直接一點講我私人的感覺，這不是我想找的Pommard。話雖如此，這酒的香氣不錯，走的力度在口中開始下降了，餘韻也是中規中矩，中中等等的餐酒。可能是年份問題吧，我試過他的其他年份印象比較好一點。

2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes, Domaine Louis Jadot

Medium lemon coloured with quite intense aromas of stewed apple, honey, lemon custard, vanilla, butter and white flower, clear and decent. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, butter, vanilla, white flower, and pear, it is fresher than its nose. Fairly long length with lemon butter finish. (92)

2010年成熟美味，既有一定複雜性，亦有一定強度，餘韻也合格有餘，正。酒體偏厚，口感圓潤，差不多像舊年份的梅索（Meursault )村酒似的。不錯的酒，但要開喝了，不用再陳。

2006 Ch. Lafite Rothschild

Deep purple coloured with pronounced noses of creme de cassis, violet, graphite, warm earth, licorice, pencil box and black plum. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant, dried berry, violet, sweet vanilla and earth. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94) Decent palate and powerful, good fruit and integration.

拉菲口感一直有一種紥實的感覺，這酒酒力強勁，複雜性高，餘韻長，正值適飲期。有點驚喜的是在口中的果味比香氣更佳，只是口中複雜性不及香氣，是一支四平八穩的高水準作品

2004 Ch. Latour

This dry Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, violet, cranberry, anise, menthol, earth, smoke and touch of cedar. Medium level acidity and alcohol with medium fine grained and ripe tannin. Full bodied with quite intense flavours of blackcurrant, blueberry, licorice, earth, smoke and touch of cedar. Fairly long length with black berry finish. (93) Complex but a bit slack in structure

有著五大應有的複雜性，不過由木桶引來的幽香感很弱，酒的強度強，不過在口中的強度不及香氣，複雜㘹也不及香氣。餘韻長，好酒的表現。不過有一個奇怪的感覺，就是酒的結構有點鬆散的，沒有它的宏大雄厚感。整體來講仍是很好喝的。
